error 1712 while service_name identical to dbname (NT 6.3)
Unable to find semaphore sem.c.dir_name.dbname (1712)
The above error can happen on PROSHUT when the server (6.3E on NT)
has been started with a service name identical to the dbname, as:
_mprosrv -db dbname -S dbname -N NETBIOS
Choosing another service name solves the problem.
