Database is connected over Internet and is hosted by other party

Exact reason is unknown at the time of writing. Suspect the TCP/IP connection between WebSpeed and database are interrupted by firewall
FIX:
Use WebSpeed 3.1D DATABASES environment variable to reconnect to database
