SYMPTOM(s):
Database will not start with ProControl
Database starts from command line with proserve
ProControl listing for startup parameters of database include -p <procedure name>
CAUSE:
The ProControl has the capability of serving databases.
A database server has no capability of running programs.
FIX:
Remove any -p <procedure name> references from the startup parameters section of your ProControl Database startup configuration.
