FIX:
Only BASIC type of collation is allowed when database is in UTF / Unicode code page.
The existing UTF-8 collation table ($DLC/prolang/utf/_tran.df) can only re-order the first 128 characters. OpenEdge 10.0 will support the full linguistic sorting available through the ICU (International Components for Unicode) library.
