CHANGE:
Agent Startup Parameters have been changed
CAUSE:
-b parameter has been added to the agent Startup Parameters, Webspeed agent is a 4GL client already running in batch mode and -b parameter should not be used.
FIX:
Remove -b parameter from agent startup parameter using Progress Explorer or editing ubroker.properties file. The restart broker
