GOAL:
What happens if the file system a busy After Image (AI) file is located on is no longer available
FIX:
If the device or file system an After Image file resides on is unavailable and was being written to then the database will be shutdown to preserve database integrity.
This will occur regardless of whether you have one AI file or more than one.
This will occur regardless of whether the database was started with the -aistall parameter
