FIX:
On the green sheet provided with the new control code for upgrading the number of users (or change the expiration date), you have the information you will fill on the window called "Product Configuration Data".
The COMPANY NAME, the SERIAL NUMBER, the RELEASE (or VERSION) NUMBER, the CONTROL NUMBER (3 times 5 digits_or_letters) should be written on the screen and then the button "Done" should be selected.
