SYMPTOM(s):
Webspeed Broker can not start using a mapped drive as working directory when using Domain Account to start the AdminService.
CAUSE:
Can not create WebSpeed Broker logs due to insufficient privileges to write to mapped drive location when the NT Service is owned by the Domain Account.
FIX:
Although in some cases it may be successful to use a local machine account to start the AdminService, based off of the following Microsoft document it might be advisable to use a UNC reference instead.
