SYMPTOM(s):
Browser's EXPANDABLE attribute removes horizontal scroll bar
CAUSE:
The EXPANDABLE attribute causes under certain circumstances that a browse where the last column is larger than the viewport to have no horizontal
scroll bar. However, what in fact happens is that the last column of the browse is shrunken and therefore no horizontal scrollbars appears.
FIX:
Disable EXPANDABLE attribute in the Object Properties or use NO-EMPTY-SPACE option for the DEFINE BROWSE statement.
