FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
A window which contains an OCX, saved on one PC does not open in AppBuilder on another PC.
There is a difference in the .WRX file which is produced by each PC.
Both PCs are using the same Progress version and same OS.
Both PCs are using a Netsetup installation.
CAUSE:
The PCs are not using the same prox.dll which allows the application to support OCX controls.
FIX:
Re-register the same PROX.DLL file for both PCs located in %DLC%\bin:
- regsvr32 /u %DLC%\bin\prox.dll
- regsvr32 %DLC%\bin\prox.dll
