Windows NT 4.0
SYMPTOM(s):
Slow application startup.
Progress was installed on XP Client using NetSetup.
File Server is NT with Service Pack 4.
CAUSE:
There are some known problems with TCP/IP on NT 4 SP 4.
FIX:
Install Service Pack 6a on the NT file server machine.
