Openlink ODBC driver recommended startup parameters
Openlink's ODBC driver does have some recommendation on what progress
startup parameters to use when connecting to a progress client. The
startup parameters are -TB 31, -TM 31 and -Q. Openlink does provide
this information with thier installation guide, but earlier releases
didn't have this information documented.
