AppServer stays in 'sending' mode
CAUSE:
The beta software for .Net Open Client improperly handles cases where the parameter list for a program contains a scalar parameter before the temp-table parameter
FIX:
Switch the parameter list around so that all temp-tables or DataSets are first in the parameter list.
