How to dump and load a Roundtable repository
The Roundtable repository has some special items that may not be
retained correctly if a standard dump and load is performed (using the
Data Administration utility). Therefore, we have provided Progress
procedure files that are designed to perform the dump and load
properly.
In the Roundtable directory src\rtb\rtb_util are 2 files for the dump:
rtb_dmp1.p and rtb_dmp2.p (rtb_dmp1 calls rtb_dmp2).
and 2 files for the load:
rtb_lod1.p and rtb_lod2.p (rtb_lod1 calls rtb_lod2).
After running the dump routines back up your repository. Then, create
an empty database for the new repository. Next, run the load routines
to restore the repository.
