Unable to run the PROGRESS Procedure Editor _edit.p. (3261)
Get error 3261 with ProVision Plus Development Server
When ProV Plus Dev Serv is installed, the Progress "Client" menu item in Windows menu gives error (3261)
CAUSE:
This is a known issue
FIX:
In order to fix this issue:
1) Copy _edit.r from %DLC%/tty into %DLC%/gui directory
2) Download adeedit.pl and adecomm.pl from:
ftp://ftp.progress.com/pub/customer/outgoing/techsupport/P52416/adeedit.pl
ftp://ftp.progress.com/pub/customer/outgoing/techsupport/P52416/adecomm.pl
3) Copy downloaded adeedit.pl and adecomm.pl into %DLC%/gui as well
4) launch your GUI Procedure Editor
Please note: the adeedit.pl and adecomm.pl is for version 9.1D.
