SYMPTOM(s):
Wrong font printed from Report Engine
CHANGE:
Application was upgraded.
Application uses InstallShield to upgrade files and add fonts.
FIX:
Uninstall the font which isn't working.
Reboot the machine so nothing is cached in memory (optional but recommended)
Install the font (hopefully a good clean copy of the font)
Test your application again.
If this fails to correct the problem then repeat the above steps but definitely reboot the machine if that step was omitted during the first test.
