FIX:
When an "OUTPUT TO PRINTER" statement is executed, Progress checks the "Device" string value at the following registry key:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
If an "OUTPUT TO PRINTER <printername>" is executed instead, then the previous registry entry is checked as well as the string names at the following registry key:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Printerports
If for any reason at all one or both registry entries are not correct, Progress will issue the following error messages:
Unable to create Printer Device Context: . (4110)
