Does Progress Support the use of Groups?
FIX:
Enhancement request#20031125-021 has been logged to add Group functionality has been logged.
Currently, the Progress product does not have the functionality of User Groups with the RDBMS product.
As a workaround:
Users can be created within the database with group names. Multiple users can then connect to the database with the same user name. The individual users can then be distinguish by other users by the terminal they connect from, unless they are telnet clients.
