The target printer is connected to a Network
Print from 4GL Procedure Editor works fine
CAUSE:
Proservice is being started as a LocalSystemAccount, and since the printer is a network one, LocalSystemAccount does not have sufficient permissions to print on this printer.
FIX:
Change the user who starts the ProService via Services -> ProService for A.BC -> LogOn from LocalSystemAccount to user having permissions to print on the Network printer and restart your ProService afterwards.
