error 5194: Cannot find promsgs.dll and category.dll
Net Setup installation from a Novell server
The client is on Windows machine
Could not find those files even searching from the Windows machine on the Novell server where Progress is installed
CAUSE:
Insufficient user rights for the Novell server
FIX:
Change the user rights in order to be able to access the Progress installation
