Trying to convert a PROGRESS Version 9 database to PROGRESS Version 10.0 format.
Reading the README file from the $DLC/bin/91dbutils directory.
The script name (91conv910) for converting a Progress database from version 9 to 10 referenced in the readme file under the $DLC/bin/91dbutils directory does not exist.

CAUSE:
The readme file supplied in the $DLC/bin/91dbutils is incorrect.
FIX:
The files in the $DLC/bin/91dbutils directory are supplied for PROGRESS Version 8.3 to Progress Version 9.1 database conversion purposes only. The README file shipped with the commercial release of Progress OpenEdge 10.0A has been modified to include this information (release notes#: 100A-10222). Use the Progress proutil utility with the conv910 qualifier in order to convert a Progress database from version 9 to 10.
