SYMPTOM(s):
Installed Progress with SPANISH language option.
AppBuilder and Procedure Editor menus are still in English.
FIX:
The AppBuilder and Procedure Editor menus are displayed in English regardless of the installed default language. Error messages are however displayed in that default language.
