Could not connect to server for database <DATABASE>, errno 0. (1432)
BROKER 0: This server is licensed for local logins only. (4393) listed in log file
CAUSE:
Environment variables have been changed or removed on the system.
FIX:
Verify that the progress.cfg contains either Workgroup or Enterprise database license and that there are no environment variables pointing to other .cfg files which might limit the capability of allowing remote connections.
