SYMPTOM(s):
The gttree32.ocx causes a GPF when a Remote Desktop Connection session window is restored after being minimized.
Remote Desktop Connection is made to Windows 2003 or Windows XP
CAUSE:
The gttree32.ocx from Green Tree is not compatible with Remote Desktop Connection for Windows 2003 and Windows XP. It is also not explicitly supported on these platforms.
FIX:
Contact Green Tree for an updated OCX which will work on Windows 2003 and Windows XP through Remote Desktop Connection
