FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Error occur when starting Progress Explorer
Error: The selected file is not a Microsoft Management Console document.
Double-clicking on DLC\PROEXP.MSC gives the same error
CAUSE:
PROEXP.MSC has become corrupted
FIX:
1) Rename PROEXP.MSC to PROEXP.OLD
2) Make a copy of PROEXP??.MSC using the version of the file that corresponds to the version of MMC.EXE installed on the machine:
PROEXP11.MSC (Windows NT 4.0)
PROEXP12.MSC (Windows 2000)
PROEXP20.MSC (Windows 2003/XP)
3) Rename the copy to PROEXP.MSC
4) Start Progress Explorer via its short-cut
