Error 1260 when database is restarted
The database can be started fine initially
Shared memory in use by another process. (1260)

You are using a Progress version prior to 9.1D06
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
9.1D with Service Pack 6 applied, was the first Progress version to be certified to run on Windows 2003.
Progress does not support customers using pre-9.1D06 on Windows 2003. Please upgrade your Progress version.
