CAUSE:
Control codes are for 9.1D04 64 bit media and trying to install from 9.1D 64 bit media.
There was a re-release of 9.1D of Solaris 64bit platform due to a problem that was discovered after it was released.
FIX:
Install the product from 9.1D04 64 bit media.
