error 1890 with Progress DB on Win'95
BROKER: Could not spawn a server. (1890)
The above error can happen when you are trying to connect to a
PROGRESS database.
It has been seen while the PC - MS-Windows NT server had been started
on WIN'95.
Progress'NT product is for Windows-NT and not for Win'95.
