No fields from the specific foreign information is used in calculating the CRC.
The fields listed in the programming handbook are the same ones used for calculating the CRC for DataServers. The database type does get stored in the rcode. You can not compile against Oracle and run against MSS for an example. This is explained in the DataServer guides.
