AppServer is not responsive with error 9407 on the log file
Application Service <Application Service> not found at NameServer at Host <Host> Port <Port>. (8245)
Name Server at Host <Host> Port <Port> is not responsive. (8239)
Connection failure for host localhost port <port> transport TCP. (9407)
FACT(s) (Environment):
Running AppServer in the same machine as the databases
All Supported Operating Systems
Progress 9.x
OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Remove -S -N and -H parameter from the connection of the AppServer to the database
