FIX:
Steps for mapping a function key for VTxxx when using CRT x.x.
1. From the CRT Menu bar select "Window\KeyMap Editor"
2. In KeyMap Editor select "KEY" to be mapped and "Map Selected Key"
3. In Map Selected Key Select "Action\VT Function" and "VT Function\<name of function key>"
4. Click "OK"
5. Click "Save As" to save selected savings for reuse.
