GOAL:
Why JRE is needed to run V9 Webspeed and AppServer?
FIX:
Both Webspeed Broker and AppServer Broker are written in JAVA starting in Progress Version 9.
Therefore installation of JRE is a requirement on the machine where the Webspeed or Appserver Broker resides.
