How to set DLC environment variables on WinNT Windows NT
To set up DLC and PATH environment variables on Windows NT:
Click on the NT Control Panel icon.
Click on the System icon.
At the bottom of the System window, click on the Variable:
field and type DLC.
Click on the Value: field, and type the full path to the
directory where you installed Progress (i.e. C:\DLC).
Click on the Set button.
In the list of System Environment Variables, click on the
line containing PATH=.
In the Value: field, append your %DLC%/bin directory to
the other directories in the PATH (i.e. C:\DLC\bin).
Click on the Set Button.
Click on the OK button.
