Using batchfile to create a backup of the database
Batchfile contains: _mprshut -C backup online
Error occurs when batchfile is run:
Disconnecting dead user <number>. (2527)
At this point the backup stops
Database cannot be accessed unless it is shut down
proshut reports users disconnected but they persist in promon
Unconditional shutdown (proshut - 2) is a workaround
CAUSE:
BKEX - exclusive locks on database buffers are not being released
FIX:
Create new database and reload the data
