How does Fathom replication handle high amount of changes being written to a source database ?

FIX:
Every changes done to a source database are written to AI files and sent over the network using TCP/IP. If the network will be flooded by data, the only issue should be considered is that target database won't be 100% in sync with source at the moment when large update operation on source has started, due to large amount of data need to be sent over the network and applied to target database.
