SYMPTOM(s):
System was accidently rebooted
Database will not start.
The shared memory does not have the correct MAGIC number (1179)
Proutil -C dbipcs shows no shared memory identifiers
CAUSE:
The database.db file has become corrupt.
FIX:
Use prostrct repair to fix the database file.
1. Ensure you have a valid backup of the database.
2. Ensure that the existing database.st file is current and up-to-date.
3. Run prostrct repair to fix the database file:
prostrct repair <dbname> <dbname.st>
