SYSTEM ERROR: wrong BI blk, read <dbkey> from <dbkey> (1119)
CAUSE:
Bi file is corrupt
FIX:
Restore from recent Backup
If a backup is not available you can force truncate the bi file
proutil <dbname> -C truncate bi -F
