SYMPTOM(s):
SYSTEM ERROR: lkrels record <recid> not locked. (435)
CAUSE:
The lock in the lock table has to be released, but the lock has already disappeared.
FIX:
Activate PROWDOG (Progress Watchdog utility) to release the locks left by the a dead self-service client process.
The PROWDOG utility looks for dead processes and free the resources tied to it.
To start the the PROWDOG type:
prowdog <db name>
