SYMPTOM(s):
The WSA is not handling requests that have fully qualified parameter names.
An error was detected in the Web Service request. (10894)
CAUSE:
A bug has been filed for this. The WSTK will not correctly find the Progress procedure if the procedure name is prefixed with a namespace in the SOAP request.
FIX:
The fix is scheduled for Progress Release 10.0A.
