FIX:
The following is a list of solutions that describe differences that can be found within an Application's behavior after the migration from Progress 8.x to Progress 9.x
1) 20385, SmartBrowser has Different Sizes in Version 8.x and Version 9.x..
The browse has different sizes. Add a UseV8BrowseSize = YES setting in the startup section of the Registry / progress.ini file.
2) P5340, New -extravc Startup Parameter and the VALUE-CHANGED Trigger.
-extravc. Value-changed trigger in version 8 is fired just when clicking in current row/in version 9 is fired only when it has been modified.
3) 20291, Changes in window behavior from Progress 8.x to Progress 9.x and -nozgrouping.
-nozgrouping. When clicking on a Progress window in version 8 all the Progress Windows of that session comes to the foreground/in version 9 only the Window that received the focus comes up to the foreground.
4) If any size issue with buttons or other widgets, appear after migration, the Protool Screen Scaling Utility can be used to rectify it.
