Can't check out a file in Roundtable, even though it has been checked in.
Check out icon not enabled, even though it has been checked in
CAUSE:
The object status is changed on the server when the object is checked back in, but the client has not been updated.
FIX:
Refresh the client by hitting 'F5' or reselect the module, this should give the client the latest data.
