Using a VIEW-AS EDITOR field in Report Builder
FIX:
How can you use a field in Report Builder that is defined as
VIEW-AS EDITOR in the data dictionary?
In Report Builder choose Properties->Format. Set the Format field to
match the maximum number of characters for this field. Set the Width
to match the width of the VIEW-AS phrase.
Next, choose Properties->Alignment and click on the Word Wrap radio
button.
As an example, for a field that is defined like this:
VIEW-AS EDITOR SIZE 4 BY 50 you would set the Format to x(200) and the
Width to 50. This will then wrap the field to 4 lines in the report.
