SYSTEM ERROR: Bad counter in the .bi file. (880)
CAUSE:
Bi corruption
FIX:
The best solution is to restore the database from backup.
If that option is not possible you can force into the current database by running the command: "proutil <db> -C truncate bi -F".
Please review Progress solution P24330: The Perils of using the Force (-F) option to start the db, before forcing into the database. You will need to dump and load the database after forcing in.
