FIX:
Clients should start a session using appropriate .ini and .pf files in %DLC%\prolang directory.
If you would like to connect to a Japanese database, you could use %DLC%\prolang\jpn\japanese.pf and %DLC%\prolang\jpn\progress.ini.
eg.
-pf %DLC%\prolang\jpn\japanese.pf -basekey ini -ininame %DLC%\prolang\jpn\progress.ini
In addition to above, your operating system should have ability to handle the language with appropriate fonts installed.
