BROKER: Could not spawn a server. (1890)
Remote connections fail with error 1890
Self Service connections are successful
Client Session parameter "-evtlevel" found in startup.pf under DLC
CAUSE:
Incompatibility between WIN32 remote server process (_mprosrv) and the parameter "-evtlevel"
FIX:
Remove the entry "-evtlevel" from the startup.pf file used when starting the database broker
