SYMPTOM(s):
error: Could not start on (path) system cannot find path specified.
AdminServer fails to start when set to automatic
CAUSE:
The image path in the registry key HKey_Local_Machine/System/CurrentControlSet/Services/AdminService9.1x
needs to reflect the current Progress DLC\bin\AdmSrvc.exe path
FIX:
Update the image path in the registry to the current DLC\bin\AdmSrvc.exe
The Registry can be accessed from start>>run regedt32 or regedit
Use caution when editing the Registry. Always back it up first as Registry changes can cause serious problems with a server.
