SYSTEM ERROR: Can't attach shared memory with segment_id: 122896 for /progress/db/dev
There is no server for database /progress/db/dev. (1423)
CHANGE:
Migrated from Progress 9.1A to Progress 9.1D on same platform
CAUSE:
Installed Progress 9.1D on top of existing 9.1A installation
FIX:
Remove Progress installation directory and reinstall only 9.1D.
