FIX:
When making an SQL-89 ODBC connection from a Windows 2000 or Windows XP client machine to a remote Progress database, the "DataDirect 4.0 32-BIT PROGRESS" (SQL-89) ODBC driver is required for Progress Version 7 and 8. The DataDirect 4.0 driver has not been certified or tested with 9.1E of Progress. DataDirect is aware of several customers that are making use of this driver to communicate with Progress 9.1E with success even though the driver is not certified or tested on Progress 9.1E.
