Does the priority given to ProService affect the order of startup?
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows NT 32 Intel/Windows 2000
FIX:
The priority setting given to ProService will not guarantee the order in which it starts. It will give the process more CPU time, so the process might startup faster.
