SYMPTOM(s):
Can not print special characters
Printer is showing garbage data
Printer is captured through LPT1
-cpstream, -cpterm, -cpcase, -cpprint are set to iso8859-1
Windows's Notepad has a problem printing special characters also

The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Troubleshoot the printer.
